This policy explains what information Chezz collects through chezz.app, including our waitlist and contact form, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and whether you're a real estate agent. Agents can also give their name and brokerage.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the referring site, partly through cookies.

How we use it

To run the waitlist and send you Chezz updates, reply to you, understand how the site is used, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who run parts of our business for us, professional advisers, authorities when the law requires it, or a buyer or successor if Chezz is sold.

Cookies and Do Not Track

We use cookies to keep the site working and to count visits. Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies, we ask first. chezz.app doesn't currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or stop emailing you. We reply within 45 days. Visitors from the UK and EU have additional rights and can complain to their local data protection authority.

Children

chezz.app is for adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
